Who we are
Brickwork Property Investments Ltd, 21 Fairmount Road, Bexhill, TN40 2HN ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZB301878. Contact us about anything in this notice at investors@brickworkproperty.co.uk.
The investor list
What we collect
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it.
- Your preferences: property types, areas, budget range, strategy, experience and any notes you choose to add.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, when you submitted the form and when you confirmed by email.
Why we use it and our lawful basis

You do not have to give us this information. If you do not consent, we will not add you to the list.
How sign-up works
When you submit the form we email you a confirmation link (double opt-in). You are only added to the list once you click it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are not used for marketing and are deleted within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you withdraw your consent, and we will ask you to reconfirm every 2 years. If you do not reconfirm, we delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for their marketing. We use Microsoft as a service provider (processor) to host this website, send emails and store them in our mailbox (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365). Our email sending service stores its data in the UK. Our website hosting and form handling run on Microsoft Azure in the United States, so your form submission may be processed there. Microsoft is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is a recognised safeguard for transfers.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before). To use any of these rights, or to unsubscribe, email investors@brickworkproperty.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
